Fabulous and tidy units with a balcony;))

The swimming pools were fantastic, also had a ball pool and playground and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The room was OK but we could hear the hotel entertainment which lasted until midnight very loudly in our room which wasn't very relaxing! The entertainment was poor! and the mini disco didn't start until 10pm which I felt was too late.

The children loved the extensive entertainment program that included three kids' clubs with unique activities. Dining was delicious, offering various tasty options throughout our stay.

Brand-new & top-notch room, with climate control, a TV, and a storage. Tasty food including cereals, pastries, and cheese at the breakfast. Nice location by the pirate ship I mentioned earlier, 5 min on foot to Cala de Finestrat. Very professional and hard-working staff providing exceptional services.

Our family loved the All Inclusive Ultra regime, especially with the exciting aquatic experiences at the Grand Tropical Splash with its thrilling slides. Our teenagers enjoyed the kids clubs filled with fun activities, and we even savored the delicious buffet with a variety of options every day.

The pools were spacious. Plenty of activities for the kids. Ice cream places open all day for sweet treats. We had a fabulous time enjoying all the family-friendly facilities.

The kids were thrilled with the pirate ship water playground, and my husband enjoyed the excellent array of fun slides. Each day, the staff provided fresh towels promptly. The buffet had a lovely selection with something for everyone, and those chocolate fountains were a good treat for us all.

Family friendly with fantastic entertainment

The pools where amazing,, slides were a blast for the kids, they never wanted to get out! The staff were friendly,, especially a guy named Danny who gave my child some Spanish lessons during our gaming time.

It was a bit pricey, but overall acceptable.

Meals were varied, with options ranging from ribs to more adventurous dishes, catering well to different tastes. Getting stuck was quite unsettling, and the reception staff lacked professionalism during our check-in. While the entertainment for kids was enjoyable, some evenings left much to be desired.
